Refunded with money

Sold one set of wheel money held awaiting collection. Sold another set of wheels money held till collection these were collected and money was released into my account. The other wheels still hadn't been collected. Communication was bad so i cancelled. All agreed then instead of paying the money held by you know who! They paid it out of my account from the last sale. Im struggling to get them to admit its their fault or they owe me the money.  I have tried to put this up but they keep removing it mabe cause i mentioned name etc. someone please help or advise.

If you cancelled a paid order,  then if there is money in the Available section of your Payment Summary,  that will be used first to make that refund.

Once the refund has been made,  money from the second order will be released to you.

I believe the whole process is not instant, never is when waiting for money, leave it a few days, you should see the money from the second order released.
