Tracking error

Hi there I've sent two items off via royal mail first class I have the tracking numbers it says I should have used evri but I can't change the tracking number to the ones I used therefore it won't say that my items have been delivered. 

Is there a contact number for eBay or any help would really be appreciated.

If you cannot manually change that tracking,  try using a PC / laptop and Chrome and not the app or mobile browser,  then contact eBay Customer Services to change the numbers for you.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
