I recently won a bid for an item and completed the payment successfully. However, I’m now receiving a refund, and I’m unsure why this has happened. Could someone please clarify the reason for the refund? I’ve already reached out to the seller directly but haven’t received a response yet. I’d appreciate any assistance or clarification on this matter.

Check the email you received when you were informed you would be refunded.

This will give the reason that the seller chose for cancelling the sale.

We are other members like you so don't know why the sale was cancelled.
