seller not refunding my money and ebay not helping

i bought an item from a seller and i wasnt home and my auntie refused the order because she didnt recognise the order i forgot to tell her i ordered something. The item was refused and sent back to the seller so i asked the seller to either redeliver the order or issue me a refund. They think im scamming them even though thats not possible as my money is gone and i havent received the item pls help me get my refund as the item has been returned to the seller but not my money

Unfortunately refusal to accept parcel invalidates ebay MBG.
