Sold an item via eBay GSP to US. A week after received the item buyer made a case item not as described in listing which was a false claim. Then eBay asked me to send return postage which I did not agreed because it will cost me more and from my side I know I am 100% right. After eBay investigated the case and suddenly fully refunded to buyer. I lost money and the item which I sold for £90.45 free postage to UK . So what are the my options to get my money back. My listing is accurate and photos too, anyone can see. Please help

You have no options. As you have found you can't fight cases for item not as described.
Ebay don't do any checks.

What did buyer claim was not as described - this was in the recent announcement about fees -
In other words as usual they will do nothing, words not action.
When a case is opened however much you disagree, it is important to deal with claim, otherwise buyer escalates and ebay refunds.
You can try appealing especially if you have any evidence to disprove the buyer's claim. You could also point out the Better Protection offered to sellers.

Make sure you do, as this is will be your only get out clause. By not voluntarily refunding you do have at least the right of appeal. But be warned you could still lose and the defect on your account will still stand.
