So, we now have to use Simple Delivery and QR codes are generated but the QR codes for 'large letters' do not work in the Royal Mail delivery office. They work fine for parcels but not large letters. So, even though eBay allow you to generate a QR code, it will not work. I have checked for over a month now and not a single one works for large letters. This means I have to print the label but eBay do not make it obvious if it is a Large Letter or a Parcel so I have to go into the details of each order to try and figure it out from the postage amount that the buyer has paid. This really slows us down and is far from simple and of course it is not how eBay makes out it works, they still give the QR option when it doesn't work. Is this something eBay will fix? If they don't then they need to stop allowing Royal Mail QR's on large letters and only give you the print label option so at least it's clear.
