Postage selection issue

Hi, I am still having problems when I list items….when I get to the postage section the ONLY option is simple delivery…!
I used to be able to click on that to get the option of Custom Delivery…where I could select the relevant Royal Mail service I wanted, depending on the item I was listing…. Now all I get is the completely useless Simple Delivery option, charging ridiculous fees to send…!
Can anyone help…?
I chatted with the ai bot….waste of time that was..!
Finally got to text chat with a (apparently) human who, if I’m totally honest, wasn’t much better…

You should see a link to "Switch to advanced options" at the bottom of the postage section during the listing/revising process. That opts you out of Simple Delivery.
