I sold an item for £40 and it cost £5.64 to post which the buyer paid. I was charged about £6.00 seller fees so I expected to get about £39.00 in my bank account. I paid for the postage label expecting to get the money back. The buyer paid £45.64 and I got £33.00 in my account, that means I've been charged for the postage. How do I contact ebay about this ?, all I get is the automated assistant!

Who do you think the buyer pays the postage to, you. You then use that money to buy postage.
If you are only charging the exact cost for postage, after fees you only get about £4.90.
It is permitted to allow for fees and packaging in what you charge the buyer.
