Personal account become business then back to personal. Need help

Hello everyone. 

I have this account since 2014, then in 2021 open a business and update the account, didn't worked as planning, close the business.

Now I want to know how I can change the account back to personal.

You can't change account to personal, 

You will need to open a new account with different email address.

I can`t accept and i can`t believe there isn`t a solution.

Account was open and still is with my personal email, i don`t have another email.

I can`t create an email only for Ebay.

It's not possible to change a business account to a personal one, you'll need to set up a new account.

Just sign up again with the same details but a different email address (each eBay account requires its own unique email address).

Do any of you have an email from someone from customers services?

I can`t loss this account, and can`t accept no for answer.

Ebay CS used to be able to change account type, but no longer.

So no point contacting them.

I'm gonna try till I will do it. There should be a way.
