Hi I’ve sold an item it’s been delivered but doesn’t say it has I’ve message the buyer they have received it all good but eBay is not giving the money how do I contact them as tried everything
If the tracking is showing delivered on the courier's website but not on ebay you can contact them to get your money released using callback on here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid Otherwise it will be released after 14 days.
