Collection only & courier collection

Hi, My buyer has sent a courier to pick up an item from me that was listed for collection only. 

The courier had no QR code for me to scan. 

What do I do?

You can ask the buyer now to give you the code via message.   If not you will have to wait up to 21 days for the money to be released.
