I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I can't believe that you got away with selling 15 of those barbaric animal glue traps. 

Because of the awful suffering they cause, the sale of these in the UK is restricted, and they're certainly not allowed on eBay, see their policy below:

• Glue traps intended for insects are allowed to be listed on the site however glue traps intended for animals such as rats or mice are not permitted
