I am trying to pay for an item that I have been issued a refund on. There were issues with the tracking and a lengthy delay in delivery of the item, I queried the delay, and I have been refunded. I was convinced that the item was lost in transit. It arrived two days ago, and I want to pay for it now. I have been in touch with the seller, he is not sure if he can invoice me through his eBay account, unfortunately he does not have a Paypal account (though he may ask his son, who does have a Paypal account, to help out). Can anyone help?

The seller can't invoice you again and there is no way to reverse the refund.
When I have been in this position (as a seller), I asked the buyer to pay me directly into my bank account. I had to give them my sort code and account number.
Another way is for the seller to relist the item and for you to buy it and pay again. However, as they won't have any proof of sending the item a second time, it will take a long time for them to get paid.

Thank you. I'll contact the seller again and suggest a bank transfer.
