Omg 😧 what’s happening to eBay…I have sold items, received positive feedback and yet over two weeks still no payment for items, also have to front postage which has caused me to go overdrawn and I have incurred bank charges! Awful awful 😣 so disappointed ☹️

Only items at £10 and under get payments released after 2 days if feedback is left.

Everything else needs tracking to show delivered to release payments otherwise you have to wait 14 days.

At present the tracking on ebay and its postal partners is not updating due to issues which is delaying payments.

If you have tracking to show delivery of those items then we are told to advise members to contact eBay Customer Services inform them of the tracking showing delivery and as 2 days have passed the delivery dte,  can they please release those funds.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
