Received 8 Chargeback Disputes on 1 item

Hi all, I’ve been trying to grow my eBay side hustle for quite a while but recently I’ve started to hate this platform.

Ive been selling Nike hyperwarm ski masks and sold a ton, in the first month all was well but in the past 2 and a half months I’ve received 8 chargeback disputes, and £400 of my money is being held by eBay.

ive called multiple times and they’ve said its out of their hands and they can’t to anything. 8 disputes isn’t normal, it’s clear I’m being targeted and you would expect eBay to have my back as all parcels have been delivered with proof of delivery.

Worse yet 3 of the 8 disputes come from buyers who said they didn’t open the dispute and said it was a problem with my eBay.

I can’t do this much longer and have decided to take my business elsewhere but it’s extremely disappointing that eBay would allow this to happen.

It won't help you not being properly registered, Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

You can keep your existing listings as a private seller and upgrading to a Business account on ebay,
