I’ve just sold 2 items to same buyer after previously agreeing that I would combine postage (evri £2.94 ). Packlink have charged the buyer more so I’ve now refunded the buyer 77p difference to stay with what I agreed. The 2 items sold was at £1.53 & 99p so I want to get hold of packlink for reimbursement as I think they’ve charged at a higher weight which is incorrect as both items are under 1kg and both items fit under the weight & measurement criteria for the £2.94 postage
