EBay Packlink for my postage and the parcel not arrived I have proof of posting
the buyer has left bad feedback and eBay has opened a case what are my options now

If Simple Delivery was used as long as the tracking does not show delivery if the buyer opens a "not received" ebay should be issuing the refund themselves and you keep the payment.
