Has anyone else noticed that Ebay have just stopped giving about there sellers.

Whenever i speak to them they are not helpful and just read off a script.

If you question anything they can get rude and aggressive on occasions.

Do they not realise that without sellers they don't have a business.

I never thought i would say it, but Amazon are the better now of the 2 evils.

Just getting nowhere with them and i've started to wind my ebay business down.

I think that it must be difficult not to get frustrated with some of the questions that get asked of eBay CS, people have turned up here telling us what they've been saying to them and most of the time it's been something that could be answered by looking at the eBay guidance pages, or it's just been a rant to vent about some frustrating issue. There's only so much eBay CS can do.

You've a low feedback score at the moment so I'm guessing that it might be something to do with seller performance?

Obviously, we don't know anything about your interactions with eBay CS, and if another selling platform will be better for you then you have to do what's best for you and your business.
