What ever do you think there is to report?
For bids to increase it requires at least two bidders, so why do you consider only one is bidding too much?

If you're worried you can cancel and block from here:

They may not have noticed the bit about damage in the description because you have listed it as used. Used means:
Used: An item that has been previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
You have two bidders after it, at the moment one stopped at £370 and the other has gone to £380.
There is nothing to report but you may have a disappointed buyer.

There is nothing to report.
You can't contact Ebay and say that people have chosen to bid too much for your item.
However, whoever buys this will probably return it - you will have to pay for the return - because it is not at all clear that it is damaged.
There is nothing in your listing to say there is a possibility that the drone may not work. You have listed it as used and the Ebay definition of 'used' is:
Used: An item that has been previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
If the drone is not working, then you should cancel the listing.

They're going over market value for damaged drone
But they're not bidding for a damaged drone. eBay defines "used" as being "fully operational and functions as intended".
That's what your buyer is entitled to expect. If it's damaged and not working you would be wise to close the auction before you end up with an angry buyer and a money back claim. eBay's definition overrides anything you may have added in your description.
