That is not an item number, the numbers are repeated but even then the number does not find anything.
You need to give some real information, as buyers are protected by the 30 day money back guarantee, but once over 30 days there is no protection through ebay.

How do you know it is a fake account?

If you have paid, you will have an email from Ebay giving an estimated delivery date.
If the item you have bought doesn't arrive, then one day after the latest estimated delivery date, you can open a case saying you have not received the item.

You need to explain more clearly what has happened. (Unfortunately, it apears that any further info you may have added was editied out by the board moderators.)
Is this purchase recorded in your recent buying history in your "My eBay" pages?
If so, it will be a genuine account, not "fake". The seller could turn out to be fraudulent, but this is not the same. Provided the account is authentic eBay's money back guarantee to buyers will apply if you don't receive the item or it does not match the decription (assuming, of course, that whatever you have bought is not an excluded item such as a motor vehicle).
You can read about the terms and conditions of eBay's money back guarantee here:
https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
If either the seller or the item has been removed by eBay, or you bought it from an actual fake site, i.e. pretending to be eBay, the position may be different.
It's difficult to help you further without more information.

Hi. I've purchased a product from a fake account.
Just to add to all the other good advice here, and as we are working with little information from you that is, how do you know this is a fake account.
If you mean the seller has been removed from eBay and you have not received your item, or received it and it's damaged, to make a claim for a refund you need Customer Services' help.
Contact them here for a Call Back. Lines open at 8 a.m. today 9 a.m. on weekdays.
