You've returned to selling after a long break and it's usual for returning sellers to have their initial payouts held for longer than the usual release after 24 hours after the buyer pays.
This is because, sudden selling activity raises red flags to eBay , as it could be a sign your account is being hijacked, so first few payouts may be held for longer, until eBay are satisfied the real owner has returned to sell on the account.
eBay made this announcement re payouts last year:
From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:
Don't be surprised if this payout is held a little longer than being released today.

Hi. It is showing in my sold items and it says the order is complete and we've made the funds available. In ebay balance today 10th April, but it's not

Ebay's timings on payment are flexible and today has quite a few hours left!
