I have never had such an appalling service. Item never turned up, unable to get any response from seller and Ebay is even worst.

I would like to send a complaint but there is no simple way of doing so.

Read ebay MBG on every page.

No need to contact eBay, cases are automated. 

As long as you are still within 30 days of buying, open item not received case,

Unless seller can prove delivery by online tracking they have to refund.

Escalate case on day 4 and ignore seller excuses.
