Order cancelled

Hi, does anyone know why I can't give feedback on a cancelled order? The seller has gave a pathetic excuse as to why she has cancelled! I suspect they wanted more money for the item as it was on a buy it it now but obviously that went once I'd placed a bid? Just want to warn others

Not sure if this still works these days but give it a go.  Go onto the seller's feedback page, scroll down to "What would you like to do next?" at the bottom of the page and you should be able to click on Leave Feedback from there.

Did you actually win the item or did you just place a bid and then the seller cancelled?

Unless you won the item, you can't leave feedback.

Try @**peaseblossom**  advice to leave your feedback , I believe that still works.

How did your seller cancel?  If they selected the reason out of stock this gives them a damaging defect on their account.

If they selected the reason....  Buyer Requests to Cancel this avoids that defect, but you can contact eBay Customer Services explain you did not authorise the cancellation and were disappointed not to receive your item,  a defect will be placed on the seller's account.

If you wish to,  the easiest and quickest way to contact Customer Services is through this link, for a Call Back .
