Hi
I've asked for double front with side lights at 2.7m wide! Not a standard size front door entrance. They've just offered it for £1600 and £1100. As if?!!! Constantly reducing offer to get my money and saying my money is safe, which it is but they'll run off with what they can get and I'll have to claim from eBay. EBay don't appear to have a whistle blowing process. Shame I can't warn others.

Have you purchased and paid for these items?
Then, if you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery? Then, proceed this way:
You have received an item not as described, so you are guaranteed a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.
You then go right of the item in your Purchase History, and from More Actions select Return this item, selecting the reason... Item Does Not Match Decription or Photos.
The seller has 3 days to accept the case, if they don't , you need to escalate on day 4, or within 30 days, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
If the seller wants the item back first, they need to pay for a fully tracked return postage. On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. Again, if they don't, you escalate the case.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
You cannot name and shame sellers on here, no matter how well meaning, a moderator will come along and remove those names.
If numerous cases are opened from different buyers, for this reason, eBay take note and then can take action against such sellers.

Aaah good that you haven't paid but anyone buying these then fiinding they're not as described would be fully guarnateed a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy.
If as said, enough of these case are presented to eBay, it raises red flags and eBay may well remove them from their site.
Unfortunatey, eBay cannot go on reports alone without purchase, as this could be coming from a disgruntled buyer or even a competitor, but cases do work.

In addition to your concerns, were they trying to do a deal outside ebay, as obviously would be custom made, and not just placing an order.
If buying through ebay, while if not as described, seller has to pay return postage, you would have the aggravation of arranging return, so perhaps better to deal with a seller close to home.
