Order cancellation seconds after mistake purchase

I cancelled an order within a few minutes of purchase. Seller then refused refund as they said it was posted on the following day! BS! Where do I stand as don't want goods?

This is the situation that happens, why did you buy and pay?

If a private seller they are not required to accept returns, so sell it on yourself.

You can only request to cancel on ebay, a seller can decide not to accept the request.
