Order Not found

I made an order of a Stanley Cup which turned out to be a fake, When going into past orders there is nothing there.

I submitted a request here just incase I ordered as guest https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2

Was sent an email with order number which when I click on it states order not found.

I noticed the seller isn't selling anything anymore.

How can I open a dispute if no orders are showing up anywhere despite Ebay sending me an order number and item number which both don't exist. The same details were sent when item was purchased.

Is there a customer services email ? Any advice on how to proceed?

You don't say when you purchased the cup,as ebay only cover you for 30 days under the buyer protection policy.

Was ordered on the 27th of January 2025 so about 2 weeks ago.

Then you should be able to open a return request for a refund, see this link Return an item for a refund | eBay

If your still struggling you can contact ebay who can help if you did buy as a guest,there contact options are here, eBay Customer Service

Should you get no help with ebay then your payment provider (the payment method you used to pay) should be contacted.

Thanks for the info, I cannot do anything via the link for a refund as the item cannot be found so will get Ebay to call me. Thanks again
