Order 09-13383-66147 has been cancelled

Really annoying when you make an order and it's accepted paid for and then you get email saying your getting refunded when I didnt cancel the order the wood company cancelled it and their reason "buyer cancelled "

I don't know if am allowed to name the timber company   but has anyone else had same thing happen to them

It happens a lot. 

By using that reason they avoid a defect.  I would contact ebay and tell them that I didn't cancel and you want the reason changed to one that gives the seller a defect.

Why do Ebay let companies do this?
I just got a reply from the timber company
They are saying I asked for a quote!! I didnt
So does that mean they accepted my money and because it wasn't a big enough
order they cancelled and they say they deliver Worldwide 🤔
