Not delivered item

I ordered and paid for an item but it wasn't delivered. DPD returned it to their depot. I cannot report this as the item does not appear in my purchases yet the money has left my bank. 

Any suggestions on who I can contact is very welcome. I did message the seller but when noticed that the mailbox is not monitored

If your item is not appearing in your Purchase History in your eBay account,  perhaps you made this as a Guest Purchase?  If so,  then your eBay account was not used.
