I purchased a item on EBay on 28th December 2024, Sadly this item didn’t arrive, I contacted the Seller numerous times but never got any response, ( This seller is no longer on EBay) I opened a refund case up with EBay, The Seller then sent a fake tracking No with FedEx but EBay closed the case as Tracking was supplied, I have prove from FedEx that this tracking No doesn’t respond to me or my address , So many Emails have been sent to EBay and I have provided EBay so many times with screen shots, Emails to prove this Tracking No is probably a fake one but still EBay won’t refund, I am now awaiting a Email from FedEx, I attached the email that EBay sent me on 28/2/2025 saying that more information is needed , The saddest part is that no one can be contacted by phone and have a conversation with, Please help me with my refund

If this happens again do not bother with any "back and forth" with the seller. Simply open the "non receipt" case on the day after the latest date for delivery. As advised you now seem to be after the time allowed by eBay.
If the tracking showed delivery [basically to anywhere/"left at a neighbours" for example] eBay will close the case. Tracking numbers no doubt have security in them so that they cannot simply be "invented".
If it is financially worth it you can approach your payment provider to help. They may look more carefully and - if they find for you - will impose a "fee" of ?? £15 on the seller in addition

I'm afraid ebay only allow 30 days to raise a case of not received, and if the seller provided tracking albeit incorrect, ebay will automatically close a case, and another can not be opened.
Keep the details and give them to your payment provider if your still in time to make a chargeback
