Do not buy anything from the seller
They off sub-standard products that are not fit for purpose. When you try and speak to them to resolve problems, they either ignore you or offer partial refunds and broken promises. If they agree to a return they will not provide sufficient postage to return items to make life difficult for you (probably in the hopes that you give up and cancel the return). They will suggest you pay for your own postage to return items and promise to cover the cost of this within the refund system. They won't then fulfil these promises and will ignore more messages

As you can see, the name of the seller has been removed by a moderator, because you are not allowed to name and shame on the boards.
Just a few tips so that you do not lose any more money on future purchases.
If you purchase an item not fit for purpose / not as described, listen to no excuses or promises from a seller, just open a return case for item not as described, citing Does Not Match Description or Photos as the reason. This gives the seller 3 days to accept if they don't you escalate the case and eBay step in and force the refund.
It often happens that a standard postage label usually for a 2 kg item item is sent by a seller for the return. If it's not sufficient, you just contact eBay Customer Services, they'll provide the correct label and charge it to the seller's account.
Never listen to any excuses or promises seller may give after you open a case , and never forget to escalate.

It absolutely should be acceptable to name and shame fraudulent sellers, but since it's not. Let's just let people from other countries that sell an inordinate amount of cheap stuff on eBay take our money and have no repercussions, because they are THAT country. Yay!

Rather than break the rules, just leave negative feedback, keeping it brief “ unsatisfactory transaction” that provides no reason why seller can get it removed, AND mark down star ratings.
That does more damage to a seller’s standing as feedback is not taken into account when sellers are assessed, but performance reflected by the ratings is.

I would have left negative feedback, but eBay customer support dragged their feet for so long that the ability to do so has gone.
