Never received item seller said they refund which they did but dint receive the refund either

Hi I bought a ps4 dual shock controller and dint receive it I asked the seller for a refund which they did on the 6 th November but haven’t received that either I spoke to eBay they said it could take 7 days which was up on Friday 15 th November and still haven’t received any refund what shall I do not as I can’t do a money back because of the seller refunding me already but like I said I dint receive anything from the seller

How did you pay, credit card payments can take up to 30 days.

Whatever ebay says method of payment determines how long refund takes to arrive, but if they say it has been done then it's on its way.

Have you actually received a message from eBay that the refund is being made?

Once eBay notify you the refund is made,  being processed,  then it's not instantly returned to you,  and does go back to original payment source.

If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.

Paying with a debit / bank card?  Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.

Credit card payment?  This takes the longest,  up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.
