Neutral feedback - seller wants it removed

I bought two items from a business seller. A day later the seller messaged me that there was an issue with the items and they could not be sold, so did I want a refund.

I asked for a refund and it went through a day or two later.

I left neutral feedback, which I thought was fair. I noticed another buyer had had the same issue with this seller.

Now the seller has messaged me to ask me to remove the feedback.

I think a neutral rating was appropriate, but what do other people think? Should I remove it?

Re: Neutral feedback - seller wants it removed

A neutral feedback does not affect seller performance. If you had the issues you mentioned and you state this in the feedback then personally leave it. Feedback should be subjective to the transaction. If you weren't happy and I wouldn't be in your shoes then a neutral would seem fair.
