Negative feedback

Before a resolution could be sought my buyer left negative feedback. We have now resolved the issue, the claim for refund is closed however the negative feedback remains. 

is there any way to resolve this?

If the issue of the missing items has been resolved and the buyer now happy,  send them a polite message asking them if they would kindly fill in a feedback revision to complete. The link for this should be at the bottom of your Feedback profile page.

 

You may need a laptop / PC and try those with Chrome,  some aspects are just available on the sadly lacking app or mobile browser.
