There is nothing there against ebay f/b rules. It sounds more like the buyer is saying it probably happened in transit. Of course they should have contacted you first but your reply is a bit OTT. If you can sort things out with them you can ask them to remove it. You can send them a feedback revision request via the link on here:

adding to the advice already given -
your reply to the neg shows you in a very bad light and, much worse, the insulting false positive you left the buyer will cause you serious problems if the buyer reports it.
