Neg feedback removal

I was left four counts of spiteful neg feedback 3 months after the transactions, the buyer in this instance did not pay so ebay gave me the option to cancel an relist which l did, ebay policy states they will remove any neg feedback left if the buyer did not pay, to date they still have not done that, seems like another case of no seller protection as ebey are not sticking to there own policy an not removing the feedback, the feedback left is actually a pack of lies which if ebay were to check messages sent they would know that, it just does not seem worth carrying on with ebay anymore an looks like time to find another selling platform, soul destroying when you try to do your best an find you have ebay against you.

When the buyer didn't pay, did you use the correct procedure to cancel the sales?
You have to wait 4 complete days after the sale, then, on day 5, you are able to cancel choosing the reason 'buyer did not pay'.

If you cancel in that way, then you are protected from negative feedback.  You can't leave feedback for the buyer and they can't leave feedback for you.

 

You yourself broke feedback rules when you left this comment for a buyer 'Order cancelled as buyer didn't pay, avoid this buyer.'

You are not allowed to leave negative comments on a positive green dot.

The order was cancelled when ebay gave me that option, the reply l gave was in reply to the neg feedback which l am entitled to do.

Neg feedback removal

If you just cancelled and didn't wait the 4 days and then cancel as unpaid, the buyer can still leave feedback.
