NEW BUYER PROTECTION

I have just read the New Buyer Protection Policy and it states that a private seller will not get paid until the item they have sold has been delivered. This I believe is not practical or realistic due to the inconsistent tracking information provided by both Royal mail and other courier services and would inevitably create a backlog in payments and consequently put off private sellers from using eBay as a selling platform.

I hope eBay get to read this and rethink there upcoming changes.

Ebay rarely back track, but what you have said is what a lot of people on here are complaining about.

Delivery services are not what they used to be,and some don't get items scanned to show delivery, many items show delays when tracked and sadly some items get stolen!

Tracking however, will be required to get paid, but untracked post will still be okay, but will take upto 14 days for payments to be released once they arrive.
