Hi my counter offer was accepted, but when I go to pay, it’s showing as the full buy it now price?

Others have said the same so it's a glitch.   Ask the seller if they can end it early and relist at the agreed price.   They won't be able to revise the current listing because of the offer.

Is the seller overseas? Have they perhaps offered you a 20% discount? However when you goto pay it’s back at the old price due to the vat to be paid? Which is 20%.
