Making an offer- Price paid?

An item im looking at is listed at £899 ono. 

I'd like to make an offer of £800. How much will I actually pay? Will ebay fee's be put on top of that? 

I can collect said item so no need for postage

If it is a private seller then I think your offer would include the  fee.

As you say the Price is £899, that does not sound like a private sellers price, which would usually have some odd pence on the price.
