Listing condition only allowing new option

Hello I am trying to create a new listing but on condition it only allows me to select new,  no other options are showing. Anyone know what to do?

What kind of item are you trying to list?

For health and hygiene reasons, some items such as cot beds, cribs, car seats, cycle helmets can only be listed if new.
