Anyone have a UK address I can send a CCJ to for Ebay, money paid, goods not received, Ebay completely unhelpful, I keep get generic responses despite being promised the issue would be passed up the chain to a more senior agent.

Did you follow the money back guarantee process exactly?
If so, the address to serve legal documents is in the user agreement.
You actually need to start with a Letter Before Action. A CCJ is what happens at the end if you win in the court.
