Getting tired of these Ebay rules! I've followed the procedures as they want..I buy my post labels from them and dispatch goods within hours of payment. I have one order for £60 sent by Royal Mail 48 never received and funds held back for two weeks so far awaiting decision which I imagine will be me having to claim from RM and wait for that. Then another order dispatched  by Special Delivery for £250 that I'm now waiting for because the buyer wasn't in and hasn't collected the goods. So I've done everything as they ask and am waiting for £300+!

If you can show deliveries to include attempted delivery on the postal service you used website,then contacting ebay can get your payments released as there are issue on the site and with the ebay postal partners,otherwise you will have to wait for 14 days. eBay Customer Service
