Labels or Lack Of

I have been trying to get returns labels from juicy but they tell me to contact you as issue the returns labels.  I tried getting a label by the “more action” but all I got was oops something went wrong, which is no help to me.  Please help

Explain what has happened so far - are you trying to return an item?

Add details, such as when you received your item and what the issue is and somebody will try to help you.

I received one item on the 19th but it stated there were 2 so i queried it. In the 20th March the 2nd parcel arrived. The items in question is not what I thought they were. The picture should a ske crystal vape but when they arrived they were the wrong vapes.

Seller said I had to get labels off eBay.

You need to open a return case and send the items back.  The seller has to provide a label.  Use the link below but make sure you read about returning multiple items.
