Knock off perfume

I have just purchased what I believed was some Calvin Clein perfume but it is clearly fake, there is no box, no cap, and no serial number on the bottom of the bottle. I buy this perfume all the time so I know it comes with a serial number. I can't find anywhere to report this problem.
