Items that do not fit into simple delivery criteria

Some of my items do not fit the simple delivery criteria, for example on length, so how do I change to use parcel force?

You're supposed to be able to opt out of SD for large items so you can choose your own postage.   It isn't working at the moment but see the workaround solution on here:
