What to do if on your order details it stays that the item has only been payed and dispatched however the seller claims the item has been delivered ?

If the seller can show you tracking which shows delivery then they will win any case you open for item not received.

eBay's tracking details are always slow to update and do not show the true picture of the status of the item.  |t's always the actual tracking which counts.
