Items collected are still showing I need to arrange collection

Two items I have sold have been collected but they still show that I need to arrange collection.

You need a code the buyer should have brought with them to finalise this transaction.  This can be scanned o manually entered.

If they didn't bring the code,  send them a message to kindly look through their emails and eBay messages for that 6 digit code, and to send this to you.

You can then enter it manually against Confirm Collection.  This marks it as collected and will release any payout.
