Yes, for collection items, the buyer shoud bring with them a 6 digit code which you either scan or add manually beside Confirm Collection and this will release the payout for that item.
If they haven't brought the code send them a message if they would kindly look through their emails and eBay messages, the code should be there, and send that important code for you, to then enter it manually in the order details.
