Bought 2x ceiling light vents back in march, been back and forward with the sell as they haven’t arrived , and now months later they are now just ignoring me

Yep,  they would do , because you have waited too long for any refund through eBay.

On every listing, eBay explain their 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy.

Never listen to seller's delaying tactics to make you go over that 30 day time limit, to claim a full refund for any item not received.

You'll need to now turn to your payment provider for help with your refund.

On every listing there is a link to the money back guarantee, which is only for 30 days. 

Once you get past the £0 days there is no way through ebay to  force a refund.  Contact your payment provider to see if they can help, most allow up to 6 months, but you must be very close to running out of time.
