Hi all. I purchased an item at the end of August from a seller with good feedback. Seller said it was damaged by the courier so it was returned to them. They said they'd be getting more stock in around 2 months and we were happy to wait. Since then we've been given the runaround and now being ignored. I've tried going through Ebay, but since 90 days has passed since ordering, I can't even get to speak to anyone at ebay. Can anyone offer any advice/help? Thanks

Unfortunately the Seller has run you out of time as the eBay process is ....
You only have 30 days from delivery date given on the order confirmation to open a case for 'Item not as described' (Faulty) ... Escalate to eBay after 4 complete days ... do not close the case without satisfactory conclusion. >

You will now have to file a claim with your Bank /Card provider or seek advice from Citizens Advice.

Thanks for the reply. Is this the case even if the item was not delivered? Frustrating that eBay do not let you contact them.

The money back guarantee lasts for 30 days from expected delivery (item not received claims), or 30 days from actual delivery (item not as described claims).
