Purchased tv remote on 8.11.25 asked to cancel on the same day, no response, then seller says posted on 10.11.25 so cancellation rejected, so started refunded for when remote will arrive. 13th now and no remote so cancelled refund to start missing item request, but eBay won’t let me and saying you have already got a case open.
so I have paid for an item that has not be received. I can’t get a refund and there is no tracking evidence from the seller. I have been robbed and eBay can’t even figure it out from the dates.
